Your performance data deserves care.

Sports Performance Center stores the information needed to provide coach-led or independent athlete performance support and protect the workspace.

What we collect

Account identity, role, coach–athlete assignment when used, athlete age or birth year, height, weight, sport, targets, training experience, equipment access, training programs and completion, readiness check-ins, assessments, session feedback, nutrition guidance, mindset activity, reflections, hydration, messages, consent records, privacy requests, subscription status, and security audit events.

How it is used

Data is used to deliver the requested service, personalize sport and conditioning guidance, keep records consistent across devices, protect role-based access, manage subscription access, and investigate issues. Height and weight are planning context and are not used to diagnose health conditions. Sports Performance Center does not sell athlete data.

Who can see it

Administrators can manage workspace access. Coaches can access only athletes assigned to them. Independent athletes can use Sports Performance Center without a coach and access only their own profile and records. Server-side ownership checks apply to every protected write.

Billing provider

Sports Performance Center uses Shopify secure checkout for each one-month membership period. We store only the Shopify order reference and billing status needed to control access; we do not store full card details. Members renew manually after each one-month period.

Storage and transfers

Structured records are stored in managed Cloudflare D1 through OpenAI Sites. Production traffic uses HTTPS. Approved external demonstration links never receive athlete records from Sports Performance Center.

Optional AI-assisted drafts

When enabled, an athlete may ask the protected AI service to turn a session description into a reviewable effort, pain, confidence, and note draft. An assigned coach may also request separate coach and athlete explanations of a saved assessment. For assessment explanations, application code selects the exact saved result, matching previous result, and any verified benchmark; athlete names, free-text coach notes, restrictions, and messages are not sent. Assessment wording remains private until the coach approves it. Provider response storage is disabled, and Sports Performance Center records limited operational metadata such as feature, model, prompt version, and provider request reference. Provider-side safety and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply; disabling response storage is not the same as guaranteed zero data retention.

Your choices

You can download a portable JSON export inside the workspace and submit a deletion request. Membership payments are one-time and do not renew automatically. Account deletion does not reverse or refund a completed order. Administrators process requests while retaining only limited records required for security, legal, or operational accountability.

Important limitation

Sports Performance Center is not an electronic medical-record system. Do not enter diagnoses, clinical records, or emergency information. Contact the workspace administrator for privacy questions.
