Use Sports Performance Center to support—not replace—professional judgment.

These terms govern coach-led and independent athlete use of Sports Performance Center.

Accounts and roles

Sign in with your own verified identity and choose the correct coach or athlete role. Coaches may invite athletes. Athletes may also register independently, personalize a program, and later connect with a coach. Keep account access private and report suspected misuse promptly.

14-day trial and monthly access

New self-service coach and athlete accounts receive one 14-day free trial. After the trial, access is renewed one month at a time through Shopify checkout. There is no automatic renewal: when the one-month period ends, access pauses until the member completes another payment. The price and currency shown at checkout control. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Coach responsibilities

Coaches remain responsible for exercise selection, progression, supervision, risk screening, and referral to qualified medical, nutrition, or mental-health professionals. Demonstration content is educational and must be adapted to the athlete and environment.

AI-assisted features

Optional AI features create drafts and explanations from authorized information. They may be incomplete or incorrect and never replace user review, coach judgement, qualified professional advice, or the application’s deterministic rules. AI output does not become an authoritative performance record until an authorized user reviews and saves it through the normal workflow.

Independent athlete responsibilities

Personalized starters use submitted profile information to adjust sport emphasis, starting volume, availability, and equipment choices. They are education, not medical clearance or individualized clinical care. Start conservatively, provide accurate information, stop activity that causes concerning symptoms, and seek qualified help when necessary. Do not use Sports Performance Center for emergencies.

Minors

A parent or guardian should approve participation and payment where required. Users and organizations are responsible for confirming the consent process required in their location.

Billing lapse and data

Product access is restricted when a trial or paid access period expires. Sports Performance Center does not delete athlete records solely because billing stops; export and deletion-request controls remain available. Membership payments are one-time and require a new checkout to start another access period.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unnecessarily sensitive clinical information or attempt to access another person’s records. The service may change and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific sporting outcome.
